Accessory Operator I 2nd Shift (EG)

Role: Packaging line assembler at Bausch + Lomb, responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and setting up packaging equipment to produce quality eye health products in compliance with SOPs and GMP standards. Responsibilities: manually load components, perform quality and cosmetic inspections, document batch records, execute line clearances, and maintain housekeeping; cross-train in accessory manufacturing to increase workforce flexibility. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum 1 year manufacturing experience, preferably in packaging; strong reading, math, communication, teamwork, and basic computer skills; PLC experience preferred.
