Accessory Operator I, 1st Shift

Role: Packaging Line Operator responsible for setting up, troubleshooting, and operating packaging equipment to produce high-quality eye health products in compliance with SOPs and GMP. Responsibilities: manually load components, stage materials, perform in-process and cosmetic inspections, conduct line clearances, document batch records, and maintain housekeeping. Cross-train in accessory manufacturing and packaging to enhance workforce flexibility. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year manufacturing experience, preferably in packaging; basic computer skills; strong reading, math, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred: PLC equipment experience; ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions. High-Value: manufacturing of eye health products, GMP compliance, manual packaging operations, cross-training for flexibility. WorkSetup: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm, Greenville, SC; pay starts at $20.25/hour.
