Position Summary:
Remote Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a subject matter expert for FILSPARI (Sparsentan) within an assigned geography. Provides education and case-specific access/reimbursement support to HCPs and sales force. Extensive expertise navigating insurance/access barriers; proactively manages multiple priorities (case support, Hub/specialty pharmacy coordination, daily reporting updates). Preference: near Salt Lake City, UT; Omaha, NE; Billings, MT; or Boise, ID.

Responsibilities:
- Key contact for patient access and reimbursement in assigned geography.
- Own FILSPARI onboarding expertise from Patient Start Form (PSF) submission through REMS enrollment to reimbursement.
- Educate offices on PSF/REMS steps, prior authorization, appeals, and medical policy steps to secure reimbursement.
- Monitor cases through onboarding.
- Escalate/support complex access issues; educate physicians in-person or virtually.
- Resolve missing PSF/REMS information by coordinating with Hub and REMS Administrator; explain what’s missing.
- Help resolve access/reimbursement issues (PAs, appeals, denials, letters of medical necessity, REMS) to prevent future hurdles.
- Partner with reimbursement stakeholders (specialty pharmacy, sales, HCP office, REMS administrator) to advance patients through the process.
- Provide proactive case status updates, log notes in a standardized platform, lead weekly status meetings with sales.
- Operate in compliance with HIPAA within program guidelines.
- Identify regional reimbursement/access trends; create quarterly business plans; educate internal and external stakeholders on payer changes.

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required (or equivalent combination).
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/health industry working with Hubs, payers, and HCPs (or related).
- 3+ years reimbursement/access/case management.
- Specialty pharmaceutical, nephrology, rare disease, REMs experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Experience:
- Strong relationships with HCPs/office staff/sales/Hub.
- Understanding of commercial and government reimbursement (e.g., Medicare Part D, VA).
- Experience educating on benefit verification, prior authorization, appeals, denials, letters of medical necessity, and pre-determination.
- Computer skills (basic Excel/PowerPoint).
- Ability to resolve issues/educate virtually; strong organization and multitasking.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and collaboration.
- Field-based: live in territory or immediate adjacency; travel up to 35%; able to perform face-to-face work and meet credentialing requirements within territory.

Compensation: base pay + short-term incentive + long-term incentive (company stock). Target base pay range: $162,000.00–$211,000.00.
