Position Summary:
- Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) for FILSPARI (Sparsentan), remote within assigned geography. Provide education and case-specific support to internal and external stakeholders (HCPs and sales) and proactively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Preference for candidates residing in/near North New Jersey; candidates anywhere within the territory considered.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as key contact for patient access and reimbursement in assigned geography.
- Lead FILSPARI onboarding expertise: from Patient Start Form (PSF) submission through REMS enrollment to reimbursement.
- Walk offices through PSF/REMS/reimbursement steps; educate physicians on prior authorization, appeals, and medical policy steps.
- Monitor cases through onboarding; resolve complex access and reimbursement issues.
- Assist with missing PSF/REMS information and coordinate with Hub/REMS partners.
- Partner with specialty pharmacy, sales, HCP offices, and REMS administrator to communicate challenges and move patients through reimbursement.
- Provide sales force updates (log calls/notes daily; lead weekly case status meetings); ride with sales as needed.
- Identify reimbursement access trends and create quarterly plans; educate internal and external stakeholders on payer changes.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance within program guidelines.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent education/experience).
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/health industry working with hubs, payers, HCPs.
- 3+ years reimbursement/access/case management.
- Specialty pharmaceutical, nephrology, rare disease, and REMS experience preferred.
Additional Skills/Experience:
- Ability to manage new-to-market access complexities; prior account management/complex payer experience.
- Knowledge of private/commercial, Medicare Part D, VA reimbursement.
- Experience educating on benefit verification, PA, appeals, denials, letters of medical necessity, pre-determination.
- Computer skills (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong relationship building, collaboration, organization, communication; ability to resolve issues virtually.
- Field-based; live in territory or immediate adjacency; travel up to 35%; face-to-face work and credentialing requirements.

- Target base pay range: $162,000.00β$211,000.00.
