Position Summary:
Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a subject matter expert for FILSPARI (Sparsentan), providing remote education and case-specific support to HCPs and the sales force within assigned geography. Preference for candidates near Kansas City, MO; Des Moines, IA; Cedar Rapids/Iowa City, IA; open to others in territory.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as key contact for patient access and reimbursement throughout FILSPARI onboarding (PSF submission through REMS enrollment to reimbursement).
- Educate offices on PSF completion, REMS enrollment, prior authorization/appeals, and steps required for reimbursement; monitor cases.
- Triage and resolve complex access/reimbursement issues (missing info on PSFs/REMS forms, prior auth/appeals/denials, letters of medical necessity, etc.) and coordinate with Hub and partners.
- Partner with reimbursement stakeholders (specialty pharmacy, sales, REMS administrator) to move patients through the reimbursement process.
- Provide regular sales updates, log calls/notes in platform, lead weekly case status meetings, and ride with/educate sales.
- Identify reimbursement trends locally, create quarterly business plans, and educate internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance within program guidelines.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (related field) required.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical/health industry experience with Hubs, payers, and/or HCPs.
- 3+ years reimbursement/access/case management.
- Specialty pharmaceutical, nephrology, rare disease, and REMS experience preferred.

Skills/Experience:
- Knowledge of commercial and government reimbursement (e.g., Medicare Part D, VA); strong relationship building and communication.
- Experience educating on benefit verifications, prior auth, appeals, denials, letters of medical necessity, and pre-determination.
- Basic Excel/PowerPoint; ability to resolve issues/educate virtually.
- Field-based role: live in territory or immediate adjacency; travel up to 35%; face-to-face/credentialing required.

Benefits/Compensation:
- Target base pay range: $162,000–$211,000.
