Position Summary:
Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) β€” subject matter expert on access & reimbursement for FILSPARI (sparsentan). Remote within assigned geography; provides education and case-specific support to HCPs and sales within the territory. Preference for Jacksonville, FL; Pensacola, FL; Tallahassee, FL; or Savannah, GA (anywhere in territory considered).

Responsibilities:
- Key contact for patient access and reimbursement in assigned geography.
- Lead FILSPARI onboarding expertise: Patient Start Form (PSF) β†’ REMS enrollment β†’ reimbursement; educate offices on process steps.
- Educate physicians/practices on PSF completion, REMS enrollment, prior authorization/appeals, and medical policy steps for reimbursement; monitor cases.
- Resolve escalated issues: missing PSF/REMS info, prior auth, appeals, denials, letters of medical necessity, REMS; coordinate with Hub, REMS Administrator, specialty pharmacy, and sales.
- Drive sales coordination: update case status, log calls/notes in standardized platform, run weekly status meetings, ensure compliant HIPAA within program guidelines.
- Identify reimbursement access trends locally/regionally; create quarterly business plans; educate internal (sales) and external (HCP) stakeholders on payer changes.

Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education + experience).
- 5+ years in pharmaceutical/health industry with hubs, payers, and/or HCPs.
- 3+ years reimbursement/access/case management experience.
- Specialty pharmaceutical, nephrology, rare disease, and REMS experience preferred.

Additional Skills/Experience:
- Manage new-to-market access complexities; prior account management with complex payer landscapes (incl. government payer/VA) preferred.
- Strong understanding of private/commercial and government reimbursement (e.g., Medicare Part D, VA).
- Experience educating on benefit verification, prior auth, appeals, denials, letters of medical necessity, pre-determination.
- Proficient with basic Excel/PowerPoint; strong communication and relationship-building.
- Field-based: live in territory or immediate adjacency; travel up to 35%; face-to-face/onsite work and credentialing required.

Compensation:
- Target base pay range: $162,000–$211,000.
