Job Overview
The Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a field-based role focused on minimizing patient and provider reimbursement barriers.
Responsibilities:
- Educate healthcare professionals on coding, billing, and reimbursement to optimize access to Omeros therapies
- Develop account strategies
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve access issues
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 7-10 years of pharmaceutical experience (5+ in reimbursement/payer access)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Travel Requirements:
Approximately 80% domestic travel is expected.
