The Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a field-based role focused on minimizing patient and provider reimbursement barriers.
Responsibilities:
- Educate healthcare professionals on coding, billing, and reimbursement to optimize access to Omeros therapies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Market Access).
- Liaise with external stakeholders like hospital billing staff and third-party vendors.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree.
- 7-10 years of pharmaceutical experience.
- At least 5 years in reimbursement/payer access.
- Strong understanding of the reimbursement landscape.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Travel:
Approximately 80% domestic travel is expected.
