Packaging Specialist (3rd Shift)
Responsibilities:
- Follow SOPs, manufacturing orders, and cleaning checklists in compliance with cGMP.
- Operate computer-controlled equipment using an Operator Interface Terminal (OIT).
- Perform in-process testing, visual inspections, and accurately document results.
- Handle materials using pallet jacks; perform basic utility tasks.
- Clean and prepare equipment/packaging lines (manual and automated processes).
- Complete minor equipment servicing (disassembly, reassembly, setup).
Experience/Qualifications (Required):
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits.
- Ability to work 40 hours/week with overtime as needed.
- Ability to train on various shifts.
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Preferred:
- Excellent attendance/work history.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- 6 monthsβ1 year direct manufacturing experience.
- 1β2 years general manufacturing experience.
- 3β4 years non-manufacturing work experience.
