3rd Shift - Packaging Specialist - Allegan - $21/hr

Description Overview: Perrigo is seeking Packaging Specialists for 3rd shift. No manufacturing experience required—full training provided.

What You Can Expect (Responsibilities):
- Follow SOPs, manufacturing orders, and cleaning checklists in compliance with cGMP.
- Operate computer-controlled equipment using an Operator Interface Terminal (OIT).
- Perform in-process testing and visual inspections; document results accurately.
- Handle materials using pallet jacks; perform basic utility tasks.
- Clean and prepare equipment/packaging lines (manual and automated processes).
- Complete minor equipment servicing (disassembly, reassembly, setup).

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable work habits.
- Ability to work 40 hours/week with overtime as needed.
- Ability to train on various shifts.
- Successful background check and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent attendance/work history.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- 6 months–1 year direct manufacturing experience; or 1–2 years general manufacturing; or 3–4 years non-manufacturing.
