3rd shift Associate Technician

Role: Packaging Operator responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment in Bayer's OTC and Nutritional product lines at the Myerstown site. Objectives include ensuring high-quality product packaging, operational efficiency, adherence to GMP and SOPs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within autonomous, multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities encompass daily production tasks, safety compliance, digital tool integration, technical troubleshooting, process documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams for process optimization. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, GMP/SOP experience, and safety-focused production skills; preferred qualifications are an associate degree in technical manufacturing, experience with material handling equipment, and knowledge of GMP, OSHA, EPA standards.
