2nd Shift Production Supervisor

Role: 2nd Shift Production Supervisor overseeing manufacturing operations in a regulated, pharmaceutical-like environment. Responsibilities: lead daily production activities, coach and develop team members, ensure safety and quality compliance, partner with cross-functional departments (Quality, Engineering, Maintenance), manage staffing and performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support new product launches. Qualifications: associate or bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of leadership experience, preferably in regulated manufacturing or life sciences; strong communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision skills. Preferred: engineering or related degree, supervisory experience, knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, GMP, ISO, or FDA standards, familiarity with manufacturing systems like ERP or MES. Biopharma specifics: regulated environment, GMP compliance, focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence, with an emphasis on process efficiency and documentation. Work setup: full-time, day shift, no travel required, salary range ~$90K–$140K, with bonus and benefits.
