Role Summary

2nd shift - Material Handler / Hilo Driver - Holland. Hourly rate: $20.50. Responsible for receiving incoming product, picking customer orders, loading trucks for shipment, and operating powered industrial equipment in a distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming product, pick customer orders, and load trucks for shipment.
• Operate Powered Industrial Equipment (forklifts, order pickers, dock trucks).
• Engage in physical activities including repetitive bending, lifting, and twisting while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or GED; valid driver’s license or a minimum 1 year of motorized forklift or Hilo driving experience (other driving experience may be considered in lieu of a license).
• Required: Ability to work 40 hours per week with overtime as needed; availability to train on other shifts.
• Required: Core skills within 30 days; basic computer skills (point & click) and ability to navigate computer-based training; basic math and reading comprehension.
• Required: Understanding of safety, teamwork, quality, and attention to detail; ability to follow direction and standard operating procedures.
• Required: Ability to stand for the length of the shift (approx. 85% standing) with breaks every 2 hours; good vision/hearing and ability to interpret signs, labels, and instructions; coordination of eye, hand, and feet.
