Role: Phlebotomy Team Leader responsible for overseeing specimen collection operations at multiple sites, supervising staff, and ensuring quality and compliance. Responsibilities: manage daily workflows, monitor patient flow, conduct site inspections, provide staff training and assessments, address customer service issues, and coordinate schedules. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 3+ years of phlebotomy experience; preferred 5+ years of experience and leadership background. High-Value: clinical specimen collection, team supervision, experience with provider sites, and maintaining customer service excellence. Work setup: on-site at Mobile Infirmary Hospital, with travel across various sites; schedule is Monday-Friday 2pm-10:30pm with rotating weekends.
