Role: Support the Regulatory Compliance & Partner Operations team within Global Regulatory Affairs Clinical Safety by assisting in designing and operationalizing document management processes, tools, and governance. Responsibilities: maintain collaboration channels, update contact lists and governance artifacts, contribute to process prioritization and continuous improvement, coordinate stakeholder meetings, create communication materials, and support ad hoc projects in a global setting. Requirements: currently pursuing a college degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Health Sciences, or related; proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and Teams preferred; able to travel up to 5%.
