Role: Engineering co-op position within Global Engineering Solutions (GES), focusing on process and project engineering in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Primary objectives include supporting manufacturing processes, facilities, and engineering activities across diverse modalities such as biologics, vaccines, and small molecules, with potential involvement in API, sterile, or oral solid dosage operations. Responsibilities encompass applying technical knowledge to troubleshoot, review project deliverables, assist with equipment lifecycle activities, and support construction and operational activities, all aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and continuous improvement. Requirements: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Engineering; strong academic record and leadership skills; U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residence; no prior experience required. Preferred skills include effective communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and a keen interest in manufacturing and project delivery; prior internship or academic project experience is advantageous. High-Value: Student co-op in process/project engineering, exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies, cross-functional collaboration, international travel (~10%), and involvement in facilities supporting biologics, vaccines, or small molecules in a GMP environment. Work setup: On-site with travel; duration up to 6 months, with coaching and mentorship support.
