2027 Future Talent Program –Pharmaceutical Analysis and Digital Technology (PADT) and Large Molecule Analytical (LMA) - Co Op

Role: Co-op in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Digital Technology (PADT) or Large Molecule Analytical (LMA) departments, focusing on developing analytical methodologies for drug substance and drug product characterization. Objectives include solving challenges related to small molecules, biologics, and vaccines across various stages of drug development. Responsibilities: perform experimental research using core instrumentation (mass spectrometry, NMR, chromatography, immunoassays, cell-based assays), document findings in electronic notebooks, analyze data, and contribute to scientific publications. Exposure to high-throughput analysis, structural elucidation, and advanced data analytics. Requirements: enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD program in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related fields; at least two years of study completed by June 2027; availability for a full-time 4-6 month internship in early to mid-2027; strong academic record, communication, teamwork skills. Preferred: interest in analytical sciences for small molecules, biologics, and vaccines; basic laboratory skills; GPA of 3.0 or higher. High-Value: exposure to analytical techniques critical for drug development, supporting pipeline activities in pharmaceutical R&D.
