2027 Future Talent Program – Large Molecule Analytical Sciences Co-op

Role: Co-op student position supporting the Global Quality Large Molecule Analytical Sciences team within biopharma manufacturing, focusing on analytical method development, validation, troubleshooting, and equipment qualification in a GMP environment. Responsibilities include conducting experiments with techniques such as ELISA, qPCR, HPLC, mass spectrometry, cell culture, and microbial testing, alongside documentation and inventory management. Requirements: Currently pursuing a B.S. or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related fields, with at least three years of relevant coursework or experience. Skills: Hands-on laboratory experience, familiarity with analytical instruments, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and strong communication skills. Preferred: Knowledge of GMP protocols and experience with biopharmaceutical large molecule products. High-value: Supporting growth of large molecule pipeline, GMP analytical testing, and cross-functional collaboration. Work setup: Hybrid, based in West Point, with potential support for Wilmington; no travel required.
