2027 Future Talent Program – Large Molecule Analytical Sciences Co-op

Role: Co-op student position within the Global Quality Large Molecule Analytical Sciences (GQLMAS) team, supporting analytical method development, validation, troubleshooting, and equipment qualification for large molecule biologics. Responsibilities: assist in developing and troubleshooting analytical assays (e.g., ELISA, qPCR, HPLC, mass spectrometry), support GMP laboratory activities including instrument qualifications and inventory management, and contribute to process development and changes. Requirements: currently pursuing a B.S. or MS in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field; at least three years of relevant laboratory experience; proficiency with laboratory equipment and techniques such as cell culture, attribute testing, and microbial testing; strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills. WorkSetup: hybrid onsite in West Point, supporting Wilmington Biotech; support for a 6-month co-op.
