Role: Co-op research scientist supporting drug metabolism and bioanalysis of antibody- and peptide-drug conjugates within oncology drug discovery. Responsibilities: conduct in vitro assays to investigate ADC/PDC biotransformation, analyze LC-HRMS data for catabolite identification, develop automated data processing workflows, and prepare technical summaries and presentations. Collaborates with scientists across bioanalytical and biopharmaceutical functions, presenting findings at the end-of-term symposium. Requirements: pursuing Master's or Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Biology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, or Data Science; experience with high-resolution mass spectrometry, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams. Preferred: familiarity with mass spectrometry data tools, programming (Python, R), PK/ADME concepts, or cell culture.
