Role: Biochemistry or chemical biology co-op focused on applying DNA-encoded library (DEL) technology to accelerate early small molecule drug discovery. Responsibilities: develop DEL selection methodologies, screen proteins for small molecule binders, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, learn laboratory best practices, and present scientific findings. Requirements: current enrollment in B.Sc., M.Sc., or Ph.D. program in biochemistry, chemical biology, biophysics, or related fields; foundational biochemical technique experience. Preferred: over 3 months hands-on lab experience in biochemical and molecular biology experiments (e.g., PCR, gel electrophoresis); motivation to solve affinity selection challenges.
