2027 Future Talent Program – Discovery Immunology – Co-op (San Diego, CA)

Role: Co-op student position in Research and Development focused on studying novel targets related to inflammatory and autoimmune indications. Objectives include supporting research via key biolaboratory techniques and developing professional skills. Responsibilities: perform cell culture, CRISPR editing, biochemical assays, ELISAs, cytokine assays, RNA isolation, qPCR, flow cytometry/FACS, and microscopy; collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams. Requirements: current enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student in biological sciences or related field; availability for full-time, on-site work in San Diego, CA, for 4-6 months starting early 2027; GPA 3.2+ preferred. Preferred: knowledge of cell biology, immunology, molecular biology; experience with mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, immunoassays; strong communication and teamwork skills; motivated to learn science.
