Role: Co-op research intern supporting drug discovery projects within Biologics discovery teams, focusing on areas such as antibody discovery, protein engineering, and characterization. Responsibilities: contribute to laboratory and computational research efforts, apply molecular biology, cell culture, and protein biochemistry techniques, and support innovative research in protein design, engineering, and developability. Requirements: current enrollment in BS/BA, MS, or Ph.D. program in relevant sciences, with at least two years of undergraduate or one year of graduate studies completed by June 2027; basic laboratory skills, understanding of safe lab practices, and coursework related to drug discovery research. Preferred skills: prior lab experience in molecular biology, protein techniques, protein engineering, or computational modeling, with a GPA of 3.0+ advantageous. High-value specifics: focus on discovery biologics including antibodies, protein design, and developability, with potential projects across multiple discovery biologics teams. Location: South San Francisco, Boston, or Cambridge; full-time, up to 6 months, June–November 2027. Work setup and travel: on-site with no travel requirements.
