2027 Future Talent Program - Chemical Biology - Co-op

Role: Chemical Biology co-op within Discovery Chemistry focused on synthetic organic chemistry and biological problem-solving to support drug discovery. Responsibilities: conduct multi-step organic syntheses, generate novel small molecule libraries, troubleshoot experiments, analyze data, and present findings. Requirements: enrolled Master's or Ph.D. candidate in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, or related field; at least two years of study completed by June 2027; available for a full-time 6-month period starting mid-2027; GPA 3.0+; strong critical thinking and communication skills. Preferred: experience with mammalian cell culture, molecular biology techniques, cell-based assays, liquid handling; biology knowledge; GPA 3.0+. High-Value: early-stage research, chemical biology, small molecule synthesis, biological assays, cross-disciplinary lab work, in a state-of-the-art research environment. Work setup: full-time, in Cambridge, MA, with no travel requirements.
