Role: Participate in a three-year Emerging Talent Rotational (ETR) Program within GSMG and GWES, focusing on procurement, supplier management, workplace services, and digital strategy across diverse business functions. Objectives include gaining broad operational exposure, supporting innovation, sustainability, and business growth initiatives, and developing leadership skills. Responsibilities involve working on projects related to sourcing (e.g., R&D, direct materials, indirect procurement), digital insights, supplier performance, and workplace real estate. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or high school diploma plus at least 2 years of professional experience; demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, adaptability, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in diverse, inclusive environments. High-Value: Focus on global procurement and supplier strategies supporting discovery, preclinical, and clinical development efforts; involvement in digital transformation and operational excellence; primarily based in Pennsylvania or New Jersey with hybrid work setup.
