2027 Co-op Viral Vector Process Development

Role: Support viral vector process development for gene therapy by optimizing upstream and downstream AAV production and purification processes. Responsibilities: develop and refine cell culture conditions, create high-throughput purification workflows, build predictive models for separation performance, conduct experiments, analyze data, and document findings; collaborate across upstream and downstream teams. Requirements: pursuing or accepted into an undergraduate or graduate program in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Molecular Biology; able to commit full-time (40 hours/week) for specified periods; GPA of 3.0+ preferred; demonstrated leadership preferred.
