Operations
Role: Support upstream bioprocessing and cell culture development activities within Regeneron's Process Sciences department, focusing on CHO cell culture optimization for biologic manufacturing. Responsibilities: conduct lab-scale bioreactor experiments, optimize media/feed conditions, investigate cell stress responses via multiomics, develop biomarker panels, perform mammalian cell culture using aseptic techniques, and develop qPCR assays. Requirements: enrolled in or accepted to an undergraduate or graduate program in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Biological/Biomedical Engineering, or Biology; able to commit full-time (40 hours/week) during specified semesters; minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred; demonstrated leadership. High-Value: focus on biopharma biologics manufacturing, CHO cell culture, process optimization, multiomics, biomarker development, and assay development, supporting commercial-scale biologic production.
