Role: Support upstream bioprocessing and cell culture development as a Co-op within Regeneron's Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development team, focusing on process optimization and scale-up for biopharmaceutical production. Responsibilities: assist in developing and optimizing mammalian cell culture and bioreactor processes, test feed/media strategies, run bench and pilot-scale experiments, support reagent and cell bank production, troubleshoot process issues, document procedures/results, and present findings. Requirements: enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program in Chemical Engineering, Biological/Biomedical Engineering, or related fields; ability to commit full-time (40 hours/week) during specified terms; GPA of 3.0+ preferred; demonstrated leadership is a plus. High-Value: involvement in biologics manufacturing, mammalian cell culture, bioreactor operations, process development, and troubleshooting; hands-on experimental work; exposure to GMP-like environments. Location: onsite in Tarrytown, NY, with full-time commitment during the internship periods; no travel specified.
