Role: Process Engineering, Operations & Continuous Improvement Co-op within Regeneron's Preclinical Manufacturing and Process Development (PMPD) team, focusing on scaling up and manufacturing processes for biopharmaceuticals. Responsibilities: support technology transfer between development and manufacturing, lead or assist process improvement initiatives, develop reporting and data visualization tools, coordinate cross-functional project activities, analyze operational data for efficiency gains, and prepare stakeholder updates. Requirements: enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Chemical/Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain Management; able to commit full-time (40 hours/week) during specified periods; GPA of 3.0+ preferred; demonstrated leadership experience advantageous.
