Role Summary

2026 Summer Internship Program: Global Insights & Analytics MBA Intern, Immunology

Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with the cross-functional and worldwide Zasocitinib team and shape the strategic commercial plans of an exciting and highly visible late-stage development program in Takeda.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, verbal communication and writing skills, communicating to influence and inspire.
  • Build collaborative relationships and effective connections with diverse stakeholders.
  • Maintain deadline-driven awareness with organizational, project management and presentation skills.
  • Apply strong quantitative, analytical and conceptual skills to objective problem solving.
  • Operate with a global mindset to grow in a diverse work environment.
  • Engage with GIA Core Competencies: Strategic Thinker, Results Driver, Thought Partner.

Qualifications

  • Hybrid (2-3 days/week in office) in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA location.
  • Must be pursuing an MBA (or similar) through an accredited program; bachelor’s degree required.
  • Must be enrolled in school the semester following the internship.
  • Integrity aligned with Takeda values (PTRB).
  • Professional experience in life science consulting, healthcare, marketing or analytics preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with secondary desk research and evidence-based recommendations preferred.
  • Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative primary market research preferred.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (no sponsorship for internship).
  • Full-time availability (40 hours/week) during 10–12 weeks of summer, 8:00am–5:00pm ET.

Education

  • Must be enrolled in an MBA or similar program; bachelor’s degree required.
