2026 North America Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program Internship

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consulting and design support to J&J businesses on enterprise, global and regional levels through the internship assignment.
• Engage in opportunities across Learning & Development, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Organizational Development and Design, and Business Partner/Corporate Service support.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Graduate student completing MBA, Master‚Äôs, or PhD with focus in HR Management, Industrial-Organizational psychology, HR-related disciplines, or business-related disciplines; intended graduation date between December 2026 ‚Äì July 2027.
• 5 years or more of prior full-time, professional work experience.
• Geographically mobile for rotations and final placement of the full-time program.
• Fluency in English and in the language of the country where the Internship assignment is located; second language is desirable.
