Role Summary

2026 North America Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program Internship

Responsibilities

  • Engage in a 10-12 week internship to demonstrate potential as an HR leader of the future.
  • Provide strategic consulting and design support to J&J businesses on enterprise, global, and regional levels.
  • Contribute in areas including Learning & Development, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Organizational Development and Design, and Business Partner/Corporate Service support across Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or enterprise Supply Chain.
  • Participate in a Development Journey designed to support ongoing professional growth and build relationships across global businesses, HR community, and executive leadership.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States is required (no sponsorship for employment visa status).
  • Graduate student completing an MBA, Masterโ€šร„รดs Degree, or Ph.D. with focus in HR Management, Industrial-Organizational psychology, HR-related disciplines, or business-related disciplines; intended graduation date between December 2026 โ€šร„รฌ July 2027.
  • 5 years or more of prior full-time professional work experience.
  • Previous HR experience preferred but not required (may vary by region).
  • Geographic mobility for rotations and final placement of the full-time program.
  • Fluency in English and in the language of the internship location; second language desired.

Education

  • Graduate degree in relevant HR or business disciplines; anticipated graduation Dec 2026โ€šร„รฌJul 2027.

Additional Requirements

  • Based at one of the two HR hubs in New Jersey or Florida.
  • Eligibility for base pay of $51.00 per hour; sign-on/early incentive bonus possible; overtime eligible.
  • Participation in company benefits and leave programs as applicable for interns/co-ops.
