Role Summary

The 2026 North America Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program (E-HRLDP) is a two-year, full-time rotational program designed to develop experienced professionals into Johnson & Johnson’s HR leaders of tomorrow. Rotational assignments involve strategic collaboration with J&J businesses and functions across local, regional, and global levels in diverse areas such as Workforce Analytics, Employee/Labor Relations, Talent Management/Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Global Learning Delivery, and more. All rotations and the first role after graduation are determined by the HRLDP Program Office.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in strategic collaboration with J&J businesses and functions on local, regional, and global levels across diverse HR areas.
  • Diagnose needs and provide strategic HR solutions as an HR Business Partner across business sectors, R&D, enterprise Supply Chain, or Corporate Functions.
  • Develop into HR leaders through a prescribed two-year development journey with broad-based experience across the J&J operating model.
  • Build relationships spanning global businesses, HR community, and executive leadership; demonstrate learning agility and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Authorization to work in the United States is required (no visa sponsorship for employment). Students on CPT/OPT/STEM OPT require future sponsorship for long-term employment.
  • Graduate student completing MBA, Master’s, or PhD with focus in HR Management, Industrial-Organizational psychology, or related disciplines; intended graduation between May 2024 – July 2026.
  • 5+ years of prior full-time professional work experience.
  • Previous HR experience preferred but not required (regional variation).
  • Geographically mobile for rotations and final placement.
  • English fluency required; fluency in the country’s language where the assignment is located; second language desired.

Education

  • Graduate degree in MBA, Master’s, or PhD with focus in HR Management, Industrial-Organizational psychology, or related disciplines; expected graduation May 2024 – July 2026.
