Role Summary

2026 North America Experienced Human Resources Leadership Development Program - Full-Time. The E-HRLDP is a two-year, full-time rotational program to develop HR leaders of the future, with opportunities across Talent Management/Acquisition, Workforce Analytics, Employee/Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Global Learning Delivery, and more. Rotations and your first role after graduation are determined by the HRLDP Program Office.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a two-year rotation program across J&J businesses and functions at local, regional, or global levels.
  • Diagnose needs and provide strategic HR solutions as an HR Business Partner across business sectors, R&D, enterprise Supply Chain, or Corporate Functions.
  • Collaborate with teams on workforce planning, analytics, employee relations, talent management, acquisition, compensation and benefits, HR operations, and learning delivery.

Qualifications

  • Required: Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship; CPT/OPT/STEM OPT require future sponsorship).
  • Graduate student completing MBA, Master’s, or Ph.D. with focus in HR Management, Industrial-Organizational psychology, HR-related disciplines, or business-related disciplines; intended graduation May 2024 – July 2026.
  • 5+ years of prior full-time professional work experience.
  • Geographically mobile for rotations and final placement.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in the language of the country where the assignment is located; second language desired.
  • Previous HR experience preferred but not required (region dependent).

Education

  • Graduate-level degree in HR-related field or business-related discipline; MBA, Master’s, or Ph.D. with relevant focus; expected graduation May 2024 – July 2026.
