Role Summary
2026 MBA Internship: US Marketing. Open to exceptional first year MBA students with a passion for healthcare and developing inclusive brand marketing strategies. 12-week program at Haleon’s Warren, NJ headquarters, with exposure to brand and cross-functional teams and potential path to Associate Brand Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage short and medium-term brand strategies; assist in evolving and executing comprehensive marketing plans spanning advertising, promotion, pricing, digital, and customer marketing strategy.
- Collaborate with brand and cross-functional teams to learn and apply skills across analytics, digital/social, brand strategy, and communication development.
- Spearhead a project handpicked for each intern to evolve strategic insight, apply marketing skills, and demonstrate leadership capabilities.
- Build relationships with senior executives and work with marketing agencies and media partners; participate in training on marketing tools and engage with MBA alumni buddy support.
- Support the development of a broader understanding of Haleon’s brand, enterprise-wide goals, and healthcare sector positioning.
Qualifications
- Required: Enrolled in MBA program with plans to graduate in 2027; able to work full-time for 12 weeks June–August 2026 at the Warren, NJ office; passion for Marketing, Consumer Experience, Sales, or Innovation; excellent communication skills and ability to operate in a global matrix organization; authorized to work in the United States without future sponsorship; work authorization documentation required during application process.
