      Role Summary
 Operational Excellence Engineering Intern at Haleon, supporting the Continuous Improvement Plans for the Site to achieve growth and profitability objectives. Located at the Haleon manufacturing site in downtown St. Louis, MO. This internship focuses on curiosity, learning, and innovation within the OPEX team.
 
 Responsibilities
 
 - Support the execution of Fit for Growth (F4G) projects, assisting with data gathering, documentation, and coordination across teams.
 
 - Help track and report on the siteβΓΓ΄s waste reduction program, identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing findings with the OPEX team.
 
 - Maintain and update HAPS tools to ensure accurate and consistent usage across departments, and assist with troubleshooting basic user issues.
 
 - Provide peer-level training and support on the HAPS system, helping new users understand how to navigate and apply the tool in daily tasks.
 
 - Assist in deploying digital systems like Solvace for collecting OEE loss data and improving Tier Meeting workflows, including setup and basic configuration.
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 - Pursuing a BS degree in Engineering
 
 - Good computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
 
 - Must have an active student status
 
 - Must be eligible to work in the US at the time of, and for the duration of, their employment. Evidence of US work authorization required
 
 - Must be eligible to work onsite on a full-time basis during the internship duration (40 hours/week) and provide their own funding for relocation and commuting
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 - OPEX Knowledge βΓΓ¬ Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma concepts
