Role Summary

2026 Global Knowledge Management & Digital Collaboration Intern — Envision spending your summer working with energetic colleagues and inspirational leaders, gaining world-class experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical organization. This role supports Knowledge Management & Digital Collaboration initiatives within Strategic Operations in Clinical Sciences, acting as an internal consultant to help teams utilize tools and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business users to understand collaboration requirements and develop/monitor SharePoint sites for department projects
  • Help manage Global Knowledge Management & Digital Collaboration projects and introduce collaborative capabilities to improve work processes
  • Analyze problems, evaluate alternatives, and seek solutions by engaging appropriate team members
  • Value and seek diversity of thought in initiatives
  • Be adaptable and capable of leading change with limited information or support
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills
  • Manage cross-functional programs and adapt priorities quickly
  • Interact professionally with all levels of employees

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • Currently enrolled in university pursuing a Bachelor’s in general business, management, computer science, marketing, or related fields
    • Must be enrolled for at least one semester following the internship
    • Expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Exposure to Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel)
    • Experience with design platforms like Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Knowledge of collaboration tools and information management

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree programs as listed in Minimum Qualifications (ongoing enrollment)
