Role Summary
Operational Excellence Co-Op at Haleon’s Oak Hill manufacturing facility. Gain hands-on experience in a regulated consumer product environment, contribute to real-world improvement initiatives, and support world-class manufacturing while developing data-driven problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency across the site.
- Contribute to performance improvement projects by gathering data, identifying trends, and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational challenges and help drive sustainable improvements.
- Assist in the deployment of Haleon’s OpEx standards and tools, including maturity assessments and capability building.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to share insights and support a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Active student status for the duration of the Co-Op.
- Eligible to work in the US for the duration of employment; must furnish evidence of US work authorization.
- Eligible to work onsite full-time during the internship duration (40 hours/week) and provide personal funding for relocation and commuting.
