Role Summary

2026 Co-Op: NA Technical Packaging (6 Months, January 2026 start) — Undergraduate student co-op in Packaging Science or a related field, joining Haleon’s North American Technical Packaging team to support packaging development, testing, and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identification and execution of Haleon sustainability projects to meet corporate goals.
• Assist with cost and solution analysis for new package developments, new material opportunities, and new product introductions.
• Provide solutions for new commercial products by assisting in design and development of secondary and tertiary packaging.
• Value engineering / cost savings; organize and evaluate line trials; coordinate package testing lab activities and oversight.

Qualifications

• Required: Pursuing a Degree in Packaging Science or a similar discipline; currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (2nd Year Sophomore or 3rd Year Junior).
• Preferred: Completed 2+ years of class work with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Additional Requirements

• Position is located in Warren, NJ; candidates must be onsite and able to source housing/transportation.
