Role Summary

2026 Co-Op: NA Technical Packaging (6 Months, January 2026 start) โ€šร„รฎ Undergraduate student co-op in Packaging Science or a related field, joining Haleonโ€šร„รดs North American Technical Packaging team to support packaging development, testing, and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Identification and execution of Haleon sustainability projects to meet corporate goals.
  • Assist with cost and solution analysis for new package developments, new material opportunities, and new product introductions.
  • Provide solutions for new commercial products by assisting in design and development of secondary and tertiary packaging.
  • Value engineering / cost savings; organize and evaluate line trials; coordinate package testing lab activities and oversight.

Qualifications

  • Required: Pursuing a Degree in Packaging Science or a similar discipline; currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (2nd Year Sophomore or 3rd Year Junior).
  • Preferred: Completed 2+ years of class work with a minimum GPA of 3.0.

Education

  • Pursuing a Degree in Packaging Science or a similar discipline; on-site location in Warren, NJ.

Additional Requirements

  • Position is located in Warren, NJ; candidates must be onsite and able to source housing/transportation.
  • Must be eligible to work in the US for the duration of employment; no visa sponsorship needed at this time.
