Role Summary
Internship in Analytical R&D focused on mRNA-LNP characterization within collaboration across Analytical R&D, Molecular Profiling & Drug Delivery, and Genetic Medicine Discovery groups. The role involves developing analytical methods, evaluating a multi-attribute instrument, and authoring SOPs to support safe and efficacious LNP formulations. This position provides hands-on experience in analytical sciences within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop methods such as DLS, MALS, Encapsulation, and HPLC to support the optimal LNP formulation.
- Evaluate the capabilities of a multi-attribute (MA) instrument to integrate with current analytical methodologies.
- Author SOPs and update periodically at cross-functional meetings.
Qualifications
- Required: Currently enrolled in university, pursuing a PhD in analytical chemistry or other related fields.
- Required: Must be enrolled in university for at least one semester following the internship.
- Preferred: Expected graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience in basic analytical methods to characterize LNP.
- Preferred: Experience working with DLS, MALS, Encapsulation, HPLC.
